Addressing Microbehaviors
Microaggressions are only one part of the equation. This two-hour virtual, instructor-led workshop explores how microbehaviors can lead to a climate of mistrust and exclusion that negatively impacts individual and organizational performance. Participants will practice communication strategies to repair and prevent any harm that might occur from these exchanges and discover their own way to contribute to a strong and inclusive organizational culture.

Biography
Federico Mallet, a facilitator for Dailey Innovations Inc., is a Mexican producer, director, writer, and actor based in Brooklyn, New York. Originally from Mexico City, he came to the U.S. to get his MFA in acting at the New York Film Academy. Federico is the assistant director at Village Playback Theater,a theater company that focuses on social justice and works with marginalized communities in metro New York; a director/writer/producer for Something From Abroad, an artistic group founded by Hispanic immigrant women;and a content creator for The Toy Museum of NY. He recently founded ϳܱdź, a multimedia production company that sheds light on underrepresented stories and figures within the Latinx community.
