ARTISTIC MILESTONES

Deb Hall

Deb Hall, associate professor of art, has been invited to exhibit in “Works on Paper” at South Shore Art Center, Cohasset, Massachusetts, Nov. 8 - Dec. 21. 

 

 

Evan Mack

A new song-cycle by Evan Mack, teaching professor of music, entitled “If Only Lenny Were Here,” premiered at the ΢Ȧ Faculty Gala concert and was performed by the Schenectady Symphony.  Mack has also received a commission for a new opera, “Yeltsin in Texas.”  Mack was selected by Musical America as one of 2018’s “Top 30 Pros.”

David Domozych

David Domozych, professor of biology, provided an invited seminar entitled, "Fifty Shades of Green: The Secret Life of a Charophyte" in the Department of Plant Science at the University of California at Davis on Oct. 19.

Mimi Hellman, associate professor and chair in the Department of Art History, was quoted in an article by about an exhibition at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
