Motor vehicle policy: driver safety training
Employees who operate a vehicle as a requirement of their job or are who assigned
a college-owned, -leased or -rented vehicle must successfully complete the driver
safety training course offered online by the college’s insurance carrier, United Educators,
every three years, and following any at-fault accident.
Additionally, students who apply to become an authorized driver must successfully
complete the driver safety training course as part of their annual authorization process.

This required training may be waived (employees or students) with evidence that they
have completed the course.
